Payment & Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Provision of digital content:
 
No shipping costs apply to digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be provided to you via a link shared by email.
This email containing the login details for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 72 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Provision of digital vouchers:

No shipping costs apply to the provision of digital vouchers.

Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 4-6 business days, and for international deliveries within 8 - 10 business days of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
