How to earn loyalty points
You automatically earn loyalty points with every order from Cruise Memories. The loyalty points are linked to your email address.
€1 order value = 1 loyalty point
You can redeem your accumulated points on one of your next orders.
10 loyalty points = €1 order credit
For example:
You order a cruise card for €49 and receive 49 loyalty points in return.
This corresponds to a credit of €4.90 for your next order.
You can find your current point balance at any time in your personal customer area.
Refer friends – both benefit
Do you know someone who would also like to capture their cruise as a personal memory? Then simply share your personal referral link.
Your friends receive a 5% discount on their order and you get 50 loyalty points credited for every successful referral.
This corresponds to a credit of €5 for your next order.
How the referral works
- Log in to your personal customer area with your email address
- You can find your personal referral link under "Refer us!"
- Copy the link or share it directly via WhatsApp, email & co.
- Your friend receives 5% off via your link
- After a successful order, 50 loyalty points will be credited to you
Redeem your loyalty points
Would you like to use your accumulated points for your next cruise card?
It's very simple:
- Log in to your personal customer area with your email address
- Click on "Redeem points" in your loyalty area
- Design your personal cruise card as usual and add it to the cart
- Then open the cart
- Click on "Redeem" there to use your points
The corresponding amount will be deducted directly from your order.

100 loyalty points therefore correspond to €10 credit.
How does the referral program work?
In your customer area, you receive a personal referral link. If a friend orders via this link, they receive 5% off and you get 50 loyalty points after a successful order.
When will my referral points be credited?
Your points will be credited as soon as we have processed and shipped your or the referred friend's order.
